When will my order be shipped?

An Order Confirmation E-mail will be sent to you after receipt of your order. If paying by Cheque or Money Order items will be held until payment is received. Prompt payment will ensure order is processed in the shortest time frame possible.

Orders will be shipped complete unless otherwise specified. Notification of back orders will be provided for customers to determine if a partial shipment would better suit their needs.

How will the products be shipped?

Within Canada: Canada Post Expedited.
To United States: Expedited surface mail unless requested otherwise.

What will it cost for shpping?

The following is the schedule for shipping rates:
    Up to - $100 = $9.00
    $101 - $200 = 10%
    $201 - $300 = 8%
    $301+ = 6%

Out of country orders may require higher rates please advise us if you would like to be notified of shipping fee before the order is shipped.

Do I have to pay taxes and if so, how much?

GST (5%): All products, including shipping, sold to residents of a province or territory in Canada. Residents of the United States and other countries will not be taxed.
PST (8%): Applicable to all residents of Ontario for general merchandise (CD's, DVD's, etc). All books are exempt.

How secure is shopping on line?

We use the most secure online shopping system available. Employees are not able to retrieve or view credit card information. We will never, ever, under any circumstances provide any of your personal information to anybody at anytime for any reason! We do not sell, give, or leak our client list to anybody. In fact we keep it in an electronically locked, hermetically sealed, titanium lined vault 300 feet underground...

What is your return policy

We are aiming for COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! If you receive your product and it is not what you were expecting, E-mail us or call (WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL) and let us know. We will issue a return number and refund your purchase price plus GST (shipping costs are not refundable).

Product MUST be received by us in original condition. Special orders and certain special items may not be returnable- please inquire BEFORE purchasing if you are not sure.

PLEASE NOTE: You have 10 days upon receipt of your items to examine them and notify us if you wish to make a return. After that time a refund may not be possible. Instead, you may be issued a credit for future purchases at our discretion and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
